On Monday 1st April, Heather & I joined a walk organised by the National Trust. We’d been looking for something to do with our kids Keira (9) Meri (5) and our dog Elsa rather than waste a bank holiday Monday simply lazing about.
Living & working in Langdale gives us less time than you may think to actually go out walking. Certainly the high fells are currently out of bounds with a 4 yr old who’s favorite phrase is ‘my legs are tired’.
