Description

This luxurious townhouse is in a great location, situated on the outskirts of the Kendal and only a stone's throw from The Lake District National Park. Finished to an extremely high standard, with the added bonus of being situated on a fabulous Carus Green Golf Course. The 18 hole golf course, driving range, pro shop is complimented by a fantastic on site restaurant and lounge bar just 50 metres away from the Town House.

Guest staying at the Town House can enjoy half price green fees at Carus Green Golf Course during their stay. 

The property is set over 3 floors, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first is a spacious twin room which can be configured as a king size if you require. The shower room is directly opposite this bedroom across the hallway. The second twin bedroom has a spacious ensuite shower room. Each bedroom has lots of storage space and a flat-screen TV.

On the ground floor, there's also a utility room equipped with separate washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage space for your boots and coats.

The first floor is entirely taken up with an open plan living area, kitchen and dining room. This is a fantastic space. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Neff appliances; oven, microwave, hob, and even a wine cooler to keep your favourite bottle at just the right temperature. The large marble dining table comfortably seats 8 people and is a lovely place to enjoy a meal with your friends or family.

The kitchen and dining room lead into the large living area with huge corner sofa, a fabulously comfortable area to relax and watch the large flat screen TV with surround system and Sky TV package including sports and movies.

There's a balcony space with outdoor seating allowing you to enjoy the views of Carus Green Golf Course and the fells beyond while enjoying a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, both are spacious, light and airy with their own TVs and en-suite facilities. The slightly larger bedroom has a large bath and walk-in shower in the beautifully finished en-suite bathroom. The remaining en-suite has it's own large walk-in shower.

Deluxe Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided at the Town House, together with complimentary handmade toiletries from a local company, The Bath House. These luxurious touches help to ensure your stay is not just comfortable, but memorable as well. This townhouse is truly a fantastic property, finished to a very high standard.

Parking is provided outside the Town House with additional parking available less than one minute walk away in the car park. 

A security deposit of £200 is required with this property, the full amount is due 8 weeks before your arrival date and is to be paid directly to the owner, details are provided in your booking confirmation
