Located at the award winning Carus Green Golf Club this fantastic Townhouse is perfect for budding golfers and those wishing to visit The Lake District National Park. The stunning World Heritage Site is a 5 minute drive from this beautiful property. The market town of Kendal is also only a few minutes drive away, with a great choice of restaurants and shops there is plenty for you to do.
Carus Green golf club features an 18 hole course with recently remodelled PGA greens, a driving range and golf simulator room which is a great way to try out courses from all over the world. Also on site and only a minutes walk from this property is The Grill Restaurant, lounge and sports bar. Open from 8am and providing breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals and snacks in between, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views of the course and the Lake District fells in the distance.
Guests who stay at the Townhouse are also offered half price green fees, yet another reason to enjoy a couple rounds of golf during your holiday in the Lake District.
The accommodation is finished to a high standard and spread over three floors. Entering the front door you immediately notice that a lots of care and thought has been put into designing this property.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor set up as a twin room and or king size room as standard. These rooms can be set up as two twins or two king size rooms if required. Each bedroom has it's own flatscreen TV and plenty of storage for your belongings. Across the corridor from the first bedroom there's a contemporary fitted shower room and WC. The other bedroom on this floor has it's own en-suite facilities.
On the ground floor there's also a fully equipped utility room with separate washer and dryer and storage for those muddy boots that have been exploring the Lake District.
Upstairs you'll find the open plan kitchen/diner and living room on the first floor. This is the hub of the house, a fantastic space to gather, have fun and relax. The kitchen is fully fitted with high-end Neff appliances, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including that essential wine fridge to keep your favourite bottle at the perfect temperature.
The black marble dining room table with comfortable seating for 8 is next to the kitchen, a great setting to serve up a special meal for your family or to spread out the maps to plan your next adventure with friends.
There's a small balcony area with seating, creating a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the surrounding countryside.
The large open plan living room has a huge corner sofa and armchairs, so you can kick back and enjoy the large TV with full Sky package, including sports and movies. There's plenty of room for everyone to unwind and feel at home in this room.
On the second floor there are the remaining two bedrooms. The first is a large spacious super king bedroom with plenty of windows providing lots of natural light, this room has luxurious en-suite facilities which includes a fabulous bath and walk-in shower, a splendid place to soak and relax. The second bedroom is set up as a twin room and is also filled with natural light. Enjoy the en-suite shower room after a day out exploring to help you feel refreshed for an evening of fun. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and a flatscreen TV. Again these bedrooms can be set as two twin rooms or two super king rooms, if you require.
Deluxe crisp Egyptian Cotton bedding and towels are provided throughout the Town House, together with complimentary handmade toiletries from a local company.
