We're looking for somebody to provide admin/office support, carry out property checks, and to provide a first class customer service for both our property owners and guests. We welcome applicants with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to get stuck in. If you enjoy engaging with people and like working in a varied role this is the job for you.
Some responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to, liaising with guests to ensure they enjoy their holiday, working with owners to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, carry out pre-arrival, cleaning and maintenance property checks and working with tradesmen to carry out property improvements.
The successful candidate will be a literate and numerate person who is organised, personable, reliable, flexible, calm and computer literate. Part of the role will be out and about visiting our portfolio of properties, ensuring they are ready for guests, so a passion for properties and a conscientious eye for detail is a must.
A drivers licence and own car essential. Hours of work are Friday and Saturday, 9am-5pm with additional pre-arranged days on occasion. Competitive salary and mileage paid.
