Homeowner Account Manager – Based in Windermere

Part time (30 hours/week).

Role summary

At Original Cottages we are one big family and that includes our homeowners too. They are an integral part of our business and we want to make them feel right at home from that first hello, right through every touch point of their journey with us. Our Homeowner Account Managers act as the first point of contact for homeowners, and you should build good relationships with them to encourage communication, loyalty and retention. The Homeowner Services team works closely with colleagues in Property Recruitment, Property Management Services and Customer Support.

The usual working week is Monday to Saturday and some “out of hours” working and flexibility to meet demand may also be required. Based in our Windermere office with occasional home working

Property Management Services Coordinator/Maintenance Operative – Baed in Elterwater

Part time or Full time.

Role summary

The PMS Maintenance Team Member is an exciting role and is an essential part of the effective delivery of our Property Management Services offering. We manage a number of properties, and with a growing portfolio, there is never a dull day. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our service – offering planned, proactive property checks, maintenance services, reactive callouts, and issue resolution. We are looking for an individual with practical experience and a keen eye for detail, who ensures our service is constantly delivered to a high standard, calm under pressure, professional and has a fun positive attitude.

The usual working week is 5 days worked between Monday and Saturday/Sunday (depending on opening days) Regular travel to properties required
